The payment is processed through the payment gateway in the order form. The customer hereby authorizes us and our payment platform to bill Customer in accordance with the Order Form for the product or service. Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, Customer’s payment is due in full immediately.

Unless otherwise specified in the Order Form, all Fees are non-refundable. Refund requests will not be entertained by any means if any product has already been downloaded.

The Customer understand and accept that you are totally responsible for installing, activating, using and maintaining any product or service purchased here therefore we are not obligated in this regard, unless otherwise stated in the order form.

We have provided three methods for support namely, Author’s Support, Free Support Materials and Premium Support. Author’s support are the support materials provided by the author of the product. Free support materials are support materials made available by us for your use. Premium support is available for special products.

We may, at any moment, and without your notice modify the content of the Website or the Services, the price of our products or services, limit or modify the conditions or cease to provide some or all the Services and features available.
